Inspired by founder Kimia’s journey as a physical therapist, and named after Epione — the Greek goddess of soothing pain — Kepione is made for women who move with purpose and rise with grace.

We create thoughtfully designed, high-quality garments that honour both the strength of the body and the softness of the soul. Our activewear supports movement, rest, and recovery — not just performance.

But we don’t stop at the garment.
Through our Return to Give programme, every Kepione piece is designed to carry on — passed from one woman to another, supporting movement beyond its first life.
When you’re ready, you can return your gently used pieces to us, and we’ll donate them to women’s charities or individuals who may not have the means to access quality activewear.
Because we believe every woman deserves the opportunity to move, feel strong, and be supported — no matter her circumstances.
