Return Eligibility

Items may be returned within 14 days of delivery.
Items must be:
unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.
With tags attached and in original eco-packaging.
Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required.

Exchanges

Need a different size or color?
We offer free exchanges for the same item within 14 days.
Exchange shipping is free within the UAE.
For international exchange please follow our Return and Refund policy.

Return to Give (Donation Program)

If you no longer need your Kepione piece — even after months — you can return it to us at any time, and we’ll pass it on to a woman in need through our Return to Give program.
it would be great if you could return the item in kepione fabric bag but if you no longer have it that's not a problem.
Simply email us at return@kepione.ae and we’ll send you return instructions.
Returned-to-give items do not receive refunds, but they make a meaningful difference

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.
