Standard Returns (Eligible for Refund)

We accept returns on unworn, unwashed items with tags intact within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a refund, items must be in original condition.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Sale & Discounted Items Policy

At Kepione, we always want you to feel confident and comfortable in your pieces.

Please note that items purchased during promotions, sales, or with a discount are not eligible for return or refund.

However, we’re happy to offer an exchange within 14 days of delivery, subject to the following:

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition

• All tags must be attached

• Items must be returned in their original packaging

Our team will gladly assist you in finding the right size, fit, or an alternative style that feels better for you.

How do I return an order from outside UAE?

To return items from outside the UAE follow these steps:

Email Return@kepione.ae
Write you order number as per email confirmation
We will email back your return label and instructions.
Print and attach the return label on the mailer/shipping bag.
We will schedule a pick-up with our trusted partner from the delivery address.
We're sorry but we are unable to offer a free returns service. Returns must be made at your own cost.

Ensure to have your return 14 days from when you receive your order to avoid being charged and/or to receive your refund. Please only send returns using our pre-paid return labels so that we can track your shipment. We cannot refund a lost return that was sent using a method other than our return labels.

Purposeful Returns (Empower Another Woman)

At Kepione, your clothes live more than one life.
If your item no longer serves you even if the conditions aren't great, you can return it anytime, and we’ll pass it on to a woman who needs it or we will find a better use for it than ending up in our oceans and landfills.

This is our Return With Purpose program — no refund is issued, but your item is re-loved.
In return, we’ll send you a discount code for your next purchase as a thank you.

How to send a purposeful return:
Simply send the item to Return@kepione.ae and mention “Return With Purpose”.

Processing Time

Returns and refunds are processed within 7–10 business days of receiving your item.
