We are committed to delivering your orders quickly and securely across the UAE and GCC.

 

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to:

  • United Arab Emirates (UAE) – Nationwide
  • Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) countries: Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Bahrain, Oman, and Qatar

Orders placed before 12:00 PM are delivered on the same day.

Next Day Delivery (UAE only)

Free

Delivered the following day for orders placed before 12:00 PM.

GCC Delivery (customs cost may apply)

35 AED

5-10 business days, depending on the destination country. Please consider additional customs costs for all orders to Saudi Arabia. 

 

Order Processing

  • Orders are processed daily, excluding Fridays and UAE public holidays.
  • Same day delivery cut-off: 12:00 PM UAE time.
  • Next day delivery cut-off: 12:00 PM UAE time.

NOTE: Delivery times depend on the destination location and the carrier selected:

Same Day Delivery
• Available only within Dubai for eligible areas.
• Same-day service may not be available for areas outside Dubai.

Next-Day Delivery
• Available for most city limit areas (e.g., Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah where next-day service is possible).
• If your area is within the city limits, we aim to deliver by the next business day.

Standard Delivery
• For far or remote areas, delivery may take 2–3 business days.
• In some remote areas, deliveries may be scheduled only once per week depending on the selected carrier.
• Most commonly, delivery days in remote zones are Wednesday or Saturday (based on carrier schedules), so please contact us if you want information for your specific location.
International Shipping (Saudi Arabia, Oman, Qatar, Bahrain & Other Countries)

We also offer international shipping to the following countries:

• Estimated delivery time: Typically 5–10 business days, depending on destination, customs clearance, and local courier schedules.
• Delivery timelines may vary (customs and local regulations can affect timing).
