Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to:
- United Arab Emirates (UAE) – Nationwide
- GCC Countries – Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Bahrain, Oman, and Qatar
Shipping Rates & Timelines

Order Processing
- Orders are processed daily, excluding Fridays and UAE public holidays.
- Same Day Delivery cut-off: 12:00 PM (UAE time)
- Next Day Delivery cut-off: 12:00 PM (UAE time)
UAE Delivery Notes
Delivery times depend on your location and the carrier selected:
Same Day Delivery
- Available only within Dubai for eligible areas.
- Same-day service may not be available for areas outside Dubai.
Next-Day Delivery
- Available for most city-limit areas (e.g., Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah) where next-day service is possible.
- If your area is within city limits, we aim to deliver by the next business day.
Standard Delivery (Remote Areas)
- For far or remote areas, delivery may take 2–3 business days.
- In some remote areas, deliveries may be scheduled only once per week depending on the selected carrier.
- Most commonly, remote deliveries may fall on Wednesday or Saturday (carrier schedules vary). Please contact us if you’d like to confirm delivery timing for your location.
International Shipping (GCC)
We offer international shipping to: Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Bahrain, Oman, and Qatar.
- Estimated delivery time: Typically 5–10 business days
- Delivery timelines may vary due to customs clearance and local courier schedules.
- Customs duties, taxes, or clearance fees (if applicable) are the customer’s responsibility, particularly for deliveries to Saudi Arabia.
